Is there a downside to using Purple Bricks?

If you’re looking to sell your property on the open market then Purple Bricks looks like a great way to go. The only downside is the same downside that all estate agents have, and that’s time. If you’re property isn’t selling as quickly as you’d like it to the rate of commission you pay isn’t going to get it sold any faster. If you’re chief concern is getting your property sold fast then a quick sale company could be your best bet.
